Where can I find support and troubleshooting help?
We offer a wide range of online resources to enable users to solve problems themselves: troubleshooting guide, video tutorials, step-by-step guides…
If additional help is needed, we offer two levels of support.
Level 1 support.
Dedicated to helping end users (employees) with installation, connectivity, and application issues.
Level 2 support.
Only available to fleet administrators, Level 2 support can address both single SIM issues and any account level issues.
