What are the steps to prepare an employee to use their eSIM when traveling abroad?​

First, the Fleet administrator must activate the SIM in our SIM Management Portal.
The portal is also used to retrieve the QR code to be provided to the employee.

To be able to download and install the eSIM profile on their device, the employee must:
– be connected to internet (Wi-Fi or domestic cellular carrier)
– have an eSIM compatible device that is not locked by a carrier.

Tutorials and guides on how to install are available on the Ubigi website, and made available to the Fleet Manager for easy sharing.

Once installed, the same eSIM profile can be used to connect to any of our covered destinations; the employee and fleet admin will only need to go through these steps for the initial activation and installation
