How to transfer your Ubigi for Business eSIM to a new phone when changing devices?
Ubigi for Business allows users to transfer their eSIM to a new Android or iPhone/iPad device through a simple and intuitive process via the Ubigi app.
To transfer your Ubigi eSIM to a new device, simply follow these steps:
Delete the Ubigi eSIM profile in the settings of your old device.
Download the Ubigi app on your new device.
Log in to your Ubigi account.
Click “Reinstall my eSIM profile.”
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation on your new device.
If you no longer have access to your old device, contact Ubigi Customer Service for assistance.
